How to find your best transfer price for the car you need

Give every offer the same job
Enter the airport or pickup address and your final destination. Include everyone travelling, the bags you will bring and any required child seats. If you need a stop, include its location and expected length in the ride request.
Keep that journey unchanged while comparing offers. An offer for a ride to a railway station covers a different journey from one to your apartment on the other side of town. Likewise, a price for three passengers cannot settle the budget for six.

Look at the whole price before dividing it
One GetTransfer booking from Rome Fiumicino Airport to Rome in August 2026 recorded a total price of €75 for six passengers. Shared equally across the group, that is €12.50 per person.
This historical booking shows how sharing one vehicle can make a private transfer more affordable for each passenger. The €12.50 figure is an equal share of that booking total, not a separate ticket price or an offer available today.
When you compare current driver offers, check the total price for the ride. Then divide by the number travelling if a per-person figure helps your group decide. Use an offer for your own date, destination, passengers and luggage to work out your budget.
Compare the proposed vehicle as well as its class
Look through the vehicle information and available photos. Check passenger places, luggage requirements and any equipment you requested. A class name is a useful way to browse; the proposed vehicle is what must fit your journey.
In one support exchange, a passenger accepted a replacement SUV and asked whether four people, three large suitcases, a smaller case and three backpacks would fit. The reply confirmed a driver assignment, but the reviewed conversation did not settle that capacity question.
For your own booking, make the missing answer explicit before relying on the replacement. A low price is most useful when the vehicle can carry the people and luggage you specified.
Put two suitable offers beside each other
Use this small comparison before paying. Fill it from the offers you actually have, rather than assuming an inclusion applies to every vehicle.

We need one vehicle from [pickup] to [final address] on [date and local time]. There are [number] passengers, [bag inventory with dimensions] and [required equipment]. We also need [stop, if any]. Please send an offer for this ride with all these requirements included.
Use the available booking or support channel to clarify anything the offer does not answer. Save the selected offer and pickup details so the person travelling has the same information as the person who booked.
