Editorial Policy

Last updated: July 2026

GetTransfer Blog is committed to providing accurate, useful, and up-to-date travel information. This page outlines our editorial standards.

Content Standards

  • Accuracy: Prices, distances and schedules are checked before an article is published against official sources: transport authority and operator websites, airport pages, published fare tables. The figure is stated in the text so a reader can check it too. Fares and timetables change; a figure is only as current as the update date on the article.
  • Currency: Travel information changes frequently. We revisit published guides and show a "Last Updated" date on each article.
  • Usefulness: Every article must provide specific, actionable information that helps travelers make practical decisions.
  • No automated content: Articles are written and published by people. We do not use automated generation, translation or publishing tools to produce or expand this blog.

Editorial Independence

While GetTransfer Blog is operated by KG CONNECT LIMITED (the company behind GetTransfer.com), our editorial content aims to present balanced transport comparisons. We include public transport, taxis, ride-hailing services, and private transfers in our guides to give readers a complete picture of their options.

Sources and Attribution

We source information from:

  • Official airport and transport authority websites
  • Government tourism boards and travel advisories
  • Published fare schedules and timetables
  • Operating experience from the GetTransfer marketplace: route practice, driver feedback and booking patterns

We do not claim personal travel experience on routes our team has not travelled.

Corrections Policy

If you find an error in any of our articles, please let us know via our Contact page. We investigate all reported issues and publish corrections promptly. Corrected articles display an updated date.

About the September 2025 articles

Fifteen of the articles on this blog carry a publication date of 9 September 2025, all within about forty minutes of each other. That is what it looks like: they were part of a bulk publication, produced with automated tooling that this blog no longer uses. In June 2026 every one of them was fact-checked and rewritten by hand, and anything that could not be verified was removed from the site rather than corrected in place.

We left the original dates alone. Changing them would hide when the articles were actually published, and they keep the “GetTransfer Editorial” byline rather than an individual’s, because no one person wrote fifteen articles in forty minutes.

Our Writers

The blog is edited by Tasiko Maisuradze, Travel Writer at KG CONNECT LIMITED, who is accountable for what appears here. Articles she wrote carry her byline; work produced by the wider in-house team is signed “GetTransfer Editorial”. We do not publish under invented names.

Our editorial process is:

  • Industry knowledge: The team works inside a ground-transportation marketplace and draws on operational data, driver feedback, and route practice when creating guides.
  • Fact-checking: Prices, schedules, and route details are checked against official transport authority websites and operator sources, and we cite figures in the text where they matter.
  • Editorial review: Every article is reviewed within the team for accuracy and clarity before it goes live. Nothing is published automatically.
  • Regular updates: Published guides are revisited and updated as transport options and prices change; corrected articles display an updated date.

Each article displays its byline with a link to the author page listing that author’s other articles.
