Saver and Flexible Bookings Explained

GetTransfer’s current Service Agreement describes two access levels: Saver and Flexible. They affect support availability and cancellation conditions, so the level shown before payment is part of the booking decision.
Saver access
Saver is the access level granted at registration. Under the Agreement edition effective August 10, 2026, it includes:
- 24-hour access to the personal account;
- support by chat and email from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. GMT+2;
- support in English;
- no free-cancellation period for transfers.
Access to the personal account at any time is not the same as round-the-clock Saver support. A Saver booking should not be described as freely cancellable.
Flexible access
The same Agreement says Flexible includes:
- 24-hour access to the personal account;
- 24/7 support through the communication tools listed by the service;
- support in languages available in the service;
- a free-cancellation period up to the agreed starting time.
“Flexible” is not a universal promise detached from the booking terms. The user must follow the cancellation method in the Agreement, and the rules for handling paid funds still apply.
The 24-hour restriction
Flexible is not available for a transfer paid less than 24 hours before pickup. The Agreement says such a transfer is booked under Saver, with no free-cancellation period, and that this condition is displayed before payment.
For an immediate-departure request, the offer may show the carrier’s estimated arrival time. That estimate is based on traffic when the offer is made and can change with road conditions.
What “free cancellation” does and does not say
The Agreement describes circumstances in which an amount is shown in the user’s personal account and can be used for another transfer. It also contains separate provisions concerning requests to return funds and cash paid directly to a carrier.
For that reason, avoid treating “free cancellation” as an unconditional statement that every payment is immediately returned to the original payment method. The applicable access level, timing, payment method, reason for cancellation and current Agreement all matter.
Changing essential terms
A change to pickup time, route, passenger count or vehicle class is treated as cancellation initiated by the user. If a trip might change, consider that before choosing an access level and accepting an offer.
If a carrier refuses to provide the accepted transfer, the Agreement says the user may accept another carrier’s offer or cancel. Use the personal account and support channels to document the situation.
