From Transfer Request to Accepted Offer

A useful transfer offer starts with a precise request. The request tells carriers what must be provided, and the accepted offer becomes the basis of the transportation contract between the passenger and the selected carrier.
Start with the essential trip details
Enter the pickup and destination points, the date and time, and the number of passengers. For hourly chauffeured service, provide the expected start and end time and describe the planned route or stops.
The Service Agreement treats the structured fields as the authoritative part of the request if they conflict with a free-text comment. Check those fields carefully before submitting.
- Route: use the exact terminal, hotel, address or meeting point when known.
- Timing: state the local pickup date and time and allow for arrival procedures.
- Passengers: count adults and children who need seats.
- Luggage: give the number and size of suitcases, sports equipment or unusual items.
- Extras: specify child-seat type and quantity, planned stops or accessibility-related requirements.
Use comments for useful context, not replacements
The comment field can explain details that do not fit a structured field: a flight number, a large instrument case, the location of an intermediate stop or instructions for contacting the passenger. It should not contradict the selected route, time, passenger count or vehicle class.
Requests for prohibited cargo or requirements that cannot lawfully be met should not be submitted. If a requirement is important to the trip, make it explicit before offers arrive rather than relying on a later message.
Review the offers you actually receive
Carriers decide whether to respond and set the terms of their own offers. The Service Agreement does not cap the number of responses, but it does not promise a minimum number or a response by a particular time.
Open each relevant offer and check the price, vehicle information and booking terms. The current FAQ says offers may include actual vehicle photos, vehicle rating and completed rides. Confirm that the displayed vehicle capacity and luggage space fit the request.
Accepting an offer changes the status of the request
Before acceptance, an offer is a proposal from a carrier. Once the passenger accepts it, the Service Agreement says a transportation contract is formed directly with that carrier on the offer’s terms. The platform then supports the booking and payment flow described in the Agreement.
Do not accept based only on the headline amount. Review any tariffs for additional waiting or driving time, the access level attached to the booking, cancellation conditions and the pickup details.
Changes after booking may count as cancellation
A change to an essential condition—such as pickup time, route, passenger count or vehicle class—is treated by the current Service Agreement as a cancellation initiated by the passenger. The carrier may refuse to perform the materially changed trip, and the applicable cancellation terms determine how funds are handled.
If plans change, contact support and the carrier through the available channels as early as possible. Do not assume that editing a message automatically changes the accepted transportation contract.
A final pre-acceptance checklist
- Re-read the structured request fields.
- Match the vehicle to passengers, luggage and requested equipment.
- Check the full offer price and any stated additional-cost tariffs.
- Confirm pickup time, location and contact details.
- Read the Saver or Flexible conditions shown for the booking.
- Keep the accepted offer and subsequent trip messages in the personal account.
