Understanding Bonus Points Calculation
Bonus Maharaja Points are calculated based on the first eligible transaction per bank during the promotion. Here are a couple of examples:
- If you convert 100,000 Maharaja Points from HDFC Reward Points first, and then 50,000 from ICICI Bank, you'll get bonus points for both.
- But, if you make two transactions through HDFC—100,000 points and then 50,000—only the first one will get bonus points.
The Upsides of Maharaja Club Membership
Being a Maharaja Club member really makes traveling better with priority services, lounge access, and more rewards. It makes the whole trip easier and more fun.
The Maharaja Club Points Plus program is a great opportunity for frequent flyers. The chance to earn and use points for flights is appealing. The rewards look good, but I always trust real experiences more than just the reviews.
My tip? Plan your conversions carefully to maximize those bonus points, especially if you have points across multiple eligible banks.
