Corporate travel and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments have also contributed to increased demand for skilled professionals in hotels, airlines, and airport operations.

Forward-thinking employers are moving beyond traditional roles into frontline positions powered by digital tools and consumer experience design, reflecting a shift from service-heavy staffing to more innovation-focused personnel.

Emerging Roles and Sector Adaptations

The industry is creating jobs that reflect digital transformation and cost efficiency, including positions such as revenue managers, digital distribution experts, and guest experience designers.
